PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Employer's Requirements
Submit Project Brief/Plan identifying employer's objectives and requirements, advise strategy for execution of project and advise/select/manage and or instruct any specialist inspection agencies that may be required.

Cost Planning
Assist Employer and Consultant Team in the preparation and
agreement of Project Cost Plan.

Statutory Requirements
Liaise with local authorities and statutory undertakers and manage implementation of work. Monitor compliance of all Trade Contractors.

Progress, Co-ordination, and Information Control
Management, Control, administration, planning and Co-ordination of Trade Contractors. Site visits. Regular documented progress meetings. Project Programme updates. Co-ordinate
feedback from consultants or contractors.

Design Development
Liaise/ arrange meetings with employer, consultant team, CDM coordinator and any required trade contractors. Recommend processes and economies in Build-ability, Methodology, Cost and Time consistent with agreed
Project Brief. Review design and progress of drawings, specs, and the Principal Contractors Construction Phase Plan.

Procurement
Assist in the appropriate division of the project into trade contracts
for execution. Tender preparation and evaluation. Advise on Long Lead items.

Programming
Assist preparing Project Programme and timelines. Assist with tender events and schedule. Assist in preparing drawing and information release schedule.
CONSTRUCTION &
POST-CONSTRUCTION

Setting Out
Assist with the establishment of all datums and basic setting out of
the project and generally coordinate setting out carried out by Trade Contractors.

Progress, Co-ordination, and Information Control
Management, Control, Administration, Planning and Co-ordination of Trade Contractors. Site visits. Regular documented progress meetings. Project Programme updates. Co-ordinate feedback from consultants or contractors.

Accounting
Collate and check applications for payment. Collaborate with Cost
Consultant. Assist the Employer to keep proper accounts of all monies expended.
Prepare interim and final statements of accounts. Keep proper accounts of all
expenditure forming part of the reimbursable cost.

Management of Trade Contractors
Manage Trade Contractors and their
compliance with CDM requirements. Administration, safety, notices, distribution of drawings, payment, loss, and expenses, etc.

Management of Site
Assist in organizing and management of the construction site regarding all compliance and regulations.

Records
Maintain complete and accurate records, including correspondence and minutes from meetings.
